Backed by ambitious expansion plans and strong commercial performance, they are now hiring a Strategy Manager to help shape the next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership to drive commercial strategy, market expansion, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end strategic projects across growth, market expansion, and performance improvement
  • Develop commercial models, financial analysis, and board-ready recommendations
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insight analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product) to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Support annual planning, long-range strategy, and investment prioritisation
  • Present insights and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
  • Drive implementation and track impact of strategic decisions
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth consumer environments
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability
  • Experience within consumer, retail, FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI beneficial)
  • Degree educated; MBA advantageous but not essential
