They are known for investing in entrepreneurial businesses demonstrating significant growth potential, supporting management teams through growth capital and buyout investments.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced investment professional to join the firm\’s team. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, supporting the firm’s ambitious deployment targets and mission to drive growth and create substantial value in their portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of investment deals.
• Support portfolio companies in achieving their growth objectives through strategic and operational guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and participate in board meetings as required.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential investment sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience and a robust understanding of the rapidly evolving consumer sector. This includes familiarity with market trends and consumer behaviors.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
