The firm primarily targets early-stage B2B businesses across high-growth sectors, with a particular focus on industries at the intersection of consumer, media, and technology. They back ambitious management teams and work closely with portfolio companies to scale revenues and drive operational improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, technically strong individual to gain exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from origination through to exit, and to work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior team members in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities.
- Contribute to due diligence processes, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in developing investment papers and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value-creation initiatives.
- 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent) or strong grasp of accounting fundamentals is beneficial
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; comfortable interpreting financial statements
- High levels of intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence
