We work with funds at every stage of their journey and with founder-led, VC-backed and PE-owned businesses as they scale from early hires through to C-suite and board-level leadership.

The Opportunity

As our markets continue to grow, we’re looking for a self-starter with an enterprising mindset to join our team in London. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and playing a meaningful role in building a business.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in executive search, from an early-career recruiter to a career-switcher with strong transferable skills.

We’re keen to speak with people who bring:

• 2+ years’ professional experience (recruitment, consulting, finance or a commercial role)
