As a boutique strategy advisory, the firm focuses exclusively on transaction-driven commercial due diligence, supporting investors on small-cap and mid-market deals across a broad range of sectors.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth London-based advisory firm combining analytical rigour with real transaction exposure.
The team is hiring at both Consultant (2–4 years’ experience) and Manager (4–7 years’ experience) levels to support a growing deal pipeline. You will work on live private equity transactions, delivering end-to-end commercial due diligence projects for UK and European clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial due diligence workstreams
- Conduct UK and international market analysis
- Perform competitor benchmarking and growth assessments
- Lead expert interviews and customer calls
- Develop commercial models and scenario analysis
- Synthesize findings into investor-ready presentations
- Present directly to Private Equity clients (Manager level)
- Own day-to-day project delivery and manage junior team members
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates currently based in London or open to relocating to London with experience in:
- Strategy Consulting (MBB, Tier-2, or boutique firms)
- Commercial Due Diligence
- Transaction Advisory
- Corporate Strategy
- Private Equity Portfolio or Investment Teams
