We’re supporting a high-growth banking and payments business with the appointment of a Business & Product Change Consultant to help deliver important product and transformation initiatives within a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive change initiatives, including new product launches and projects within the wider transformation programme
- Translate regulatory, technological and strategic requirements into actionable product and process changes
- Shape detailed business requirements, user stories and business-readiness criteria
- Work closely with product, technology and business stakeholders to support successful delivery
- Communicate clearly around change impacts, benefits, dependencies and risks
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Business or product change experience within banking, payments or regulated financial services
- Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills
- The ability to turn complex strategic and regulatory requirements into practical delivery
- A collaborative, delivery-focused approach
