You will be part of a positive and aspirational team that treats each student as an individual. Your contribution as a LSA is valued by all staff as you guide and support Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4 students to fulfil their potential. This role is not subject based; instead, LSAs work within a year group or Key Stage to assist the teacher during lessons or to lead small group intervention work.
