The Role
- Senior Enablement Manager within the Enablement team.
- Lead design and execution of advanced enablement strategies and programmes.
- Drive performance improvement across sales and business development functions.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align enablement with organisational goals.
- Strategic, high-impact role contributing directly to Corndel’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned to long-term goals.
- Build strong relationships with directors and senior leaders to align enablement needs.
- Design and deliver engaging, customised training sessions grounded in adult learning.
- Produce enablement content including playbooks, presentations, e-learning modules, and video.
- Collaborate with Enablement Project Manager to deliver programmes with clear milestones, metrics, and adoption plans.
- Analyse performance data and feedback to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
- Act as liaison between subject matter experts and sales teams to ensure competitive content.
- Partner with Sales Capability Director to embed Sandler methodology across teams.
- Champion latest learning and development practices and industry trends.

- Experienced leader in sales enablement with a passion for people and process development.
- Strategic thinker, able to design and deliver complex programmes.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, scale-up environments.
- High integrity, results-driven, committed to delivering measurable impact.
Experience and Skills
- Extensive sales enablement (or related field) experience, delivering at scale.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design.
- Natural facilitator and enabler of people, processes, and teams.
- Familiarity with Sandler Sales Methodology.
- Experience in scale-up/entrepreneurial environments.
- Knowledge of CMS and LMS systems.
