The Role:

As a Partnership Manager, you will take ownership of two of Corndel\’s most high-profile partnerships – with Microsoft and Imperial College London – and play a central role in driving value for both Corndel and our partners. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will build strong, effective relationships, coordinate joint activities, and ensure our partnership plans are delivered with clarity and impact.

You\’ll work across Corndel\’s Sales and Marketing teams and closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities that help us reach more clients and grow apprenticeship uptake. You\’ll also have the chance to shape and support future strategic partnerships as they emerge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of Corndel\’s strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Imperial College, ensuring both are delivering measurable value.
  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations.
  • Leading the creation and delivery of partnership plans, ensuring alignment with Corndel\’s commercial goals.
  • Co-ordinating joint initiatives in collaboration with Corndel\’s Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Identifying and unlocking growth opportunities that enable Corndel to reach more clients and grow apprenticeship sales.
  • Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Tracking the impact of partnership activity, reporting on both revenue influence and broader strategic value.
  • Supporting the development of new and emerging partnerships, as required.

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience managing external partnerships, accounts, or clients – ideally in a B2B or education/training environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills, with a track record of coordinating successful cross-team initiatives.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both in person and in writing.
  • Comfortable working towards both quantitative and qualitative success measures.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced organisation.
  • Understanding of the apprenticeship or training sector.
  • Familiarity with joint marketing or co-branded campaigns.
  • Experience working with large corporates, higher education institutions, or strategic alliances.
