The New Client Acquisition Team targets companies in the private, public and charity sectors, building strategic partnerships with large organisations to develop their employees in line with talent and digital strategies.

The role

Corndel are now hiring a dynamic Sales Development Representative to help drive new business and grow enterprise accounts. As the first person in the seat, you'll work closely with senior leadership to shape outbound strategy, service inbound leads, drive new pipeline, and be a true voice of the brand to prospective clients. You will be responsible for prospecting to C-level and senior executives in enterprise level accounts, promoting strategic solutions and building a trusted presence within the Talent, Tech, AI & Data buyer communities. Your role will primarily involve prospecting, educating, and qualifying those accounts to create sales-ready opportunities.

Salary: £40,000 + £20,000 OTE

Your day-to-day

  • Partnering with Account Directors to identify high-priority target accounts and develop account plans led by strategic outreach.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to our target accounts to attract new business.
  • Execute prospecting activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage leads and book meetings (to discover sales opportunities).
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and SalesLoft to maximise productivity and efficient outreach and manage own pipeline.
  • Use social selling to build relationships and credibility with your target accounts.
  • Engage with and nurture marketing qualified leads to convert to sales pipeline.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Prior experience selling to enterprise level C-level stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Super organised and proactive – you'll thrive with a lot of autonomy.
  • Curious, coachable, and excited to grow with an industry‐leading sales team and company on the rise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and Hubspot CRM or similar SDR tool stack.
