You will own the insight loop behind how and why we win and lose, using this insight to refine our proposition, elevate the quality of our proposals and ensure Corndel is consistently positioned to win future Data & AI opportunities.

You will own revenue growth for Corndel's Data & AI portfolio, guiding how we position our capability, how we enable our sales teams, and how we review and evolve the proposition to meet the future needs of enterprise organisations. You will represent Corndel at senior forums internally and externally, elevating our authority in the Data & AI space.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Data/AI, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations develop modern capability at scale.

How your time is spent:

  • Act as Corndel's senior subject‐matter advisor in Data & AI, bringing credibility and clarity to executive conversations and strategic scoping discussions.
  • Represent Corndel externally at events, roundtables and industry forums, elevating our authority in Data, Digital & AI capability-building.

Strategy, Product & Enablement:

  • Own the commercial strategy for Data & AI, shaping how Corndel positions its value proposition, messaging and competitive differentiation across the market.
  • Conduct structured competitor analysis - assessing market positioning, value propositions, and sales approaches - and translate these insights into go-to-market feedback and more compelling enterprise narratives.
  • Lead continuous improvement of Corndel's Data & AI go-to-market approach, using win/loss data, buyer behaviour, deal patterns and market signals to refine our approach and strengthen our competitiveness.
  • Prioritise the highest‐value opportunities by partnering with New Client Acquisition and Account Management teams to influence qualification, decision‐making and focus; ensure attention is concentrated on the opportunities with the strongest strategic and commercial potential.
  • Influence the design, evolution and positioning of Corndel's Data & AI portfolio, influencing product roadmap, content development and programme positioning to match market needs.
  • Provide 1‐to‐few enablement, building capability across NCA and Account Management through targeted coaching sessions, use‐case deep dives, value articulation workshops and competitive positioning clinics.
  • Coach commercial teams to improve Data & AI discovery, solution shaping and message delivery - sharing personal experience, lessons learned, best practice and guidance on managing complexity in technical buying groups.
  • Partner with Corndel's Enablement team to ensure our enablement strategy and plans are focused on enabling and upskilling the wider team in the most impactful topics.

Voice of Customer:

  • Embed Voice‐of‐Customer insight into product development, go-to-market messaging, sales play design and the wider Data & AI proposition.
  • Lead the launch and scaling of new Data & AI apprenticeship units and apprenticeships in partnership with Product, Curriculum and Marketing teams.

  • Provide coaching and technical enablement to the sales organisation, improving confidence and capability in selling Data & AI solutions.
  • Shape the priorities and roadmap of the wider Enablement team, ensuring alignment to high‐impact sales needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement, introducing structured win/loss analysis, identifying behavioural patterns and market signals, and driving clear "so‐what" actions across the GTM motion.
  • Guide the launch and commercialisation of new Data & AI apprenticeship units and products.
  • Grow, manage, coach, and develop the Data & AI Solutions Team.
