The Product team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. We build training content that changes lives. The content we build is engaging, interactive, and cutting-edge, using modern training tools and creative approaches to content development. The content we build supports Operations, Marketing, Sales and Compliance and is fundamental to the success of the business as a whole.
The role: Corndel is seeking an exceptional individual with experience and expertise in using presentation software, bespoke platforms and administration to support the creation and delivery of our first-class apprenticeship programmes.
Job description:
- Reporting to the Learning Content Manager to ensure content production is resourced and managed to provide a timely service to end users.
- Support the coordination and maintenance of structured learning plans on dedicated learning platforms.
- Ensure learning plans are regularly updated, version controlled and aligned with programme design requirements.
- Work closely with Product Managers to create engaging customer facing workshop content using digital tools such as Miro, Mentimeter and PowerPoint to create and edit workshop content (design, animation etc.).
- Support the maintenance and update e-learning module content and workshops across all our programmes to support the needs of the business.
- Support Professional Development Experts (PDE) to create bespoke workshops to meet the needs of the clients.
- Create and manage dynamic and flexible additional tools/resources to complement workshops.
- Provide training to the business on how to use interactive functionality on multiple platforms (i.e. Teams/zoom, Menti, Miro).
- Maintain intranet links for workshop materials on SharePoint and ensure SharePoint access rights are in place.
- Edit content designed in Rise Articulate and add user accessibility features.
- Work within our Corndel branding guidelines.
- Support the administration and day to day management of the Learning Content inbox and Helpdesk to ensure we meet requests in a timely manner.
Person Specification:
Essential Skills and Experience- Aptitude for working with digital/online systems.
- Experience of proof-reading resources and checking for accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar (SPAG).
- Able to use/explore online systems confidently with limited instruction.
- Proficient in the use of Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and interactive presentation tools (e.g. Menti and Miro).
- Highly organised, able to prioritise well and work at speed and under pressure.
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a “get things right first” approach.
- A self-starter and natural completer/finisher with thoroughness and accuracy.
- Proven ability to set and meet deadlines in a calm and efficient way.
- Experience of updating or managing content on learning platforms.
- Experience of maintaining structured learning plans on digital platforms.
- Experience of posting on websites.
- Basic graphic design skills.
