Purpose of the Role: Corndel is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. As we introduce new programmes, products and ways of working, the optimisation of our core applications is becoming increasingly central to how we operate. The Head of Applications will take ownership of these systems, ensuring they are well-designed, well-supported and used to their full potential. Working closely with colleagues from across the business, you will help shape processes, improve user experience and make sure our systems enable people to do their best work. You will ensure that we draw maximum value from our contracts and vendor relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
