We partner with some of the UK’s largest and most exciting businesses to help drive organisational and personal performance through transformational learning The New Client Acquisition Team targets companies in the private, public and charity sectors, building strategic partnerships with large organisations to develop their employees in line with talent and digital strategies. As Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for engaging target clients, selling the benefits of Corndel’s talent and skills solutions, and creating long-term, successful partnerships. You will work closely with the Corndel Account Management team to hand over ‘won accounts’ and opportunities to be delivered. Working towards a challenging financial sales target • Supporting the growth and development of Corndel • Working in a research and consultative framework to understand our target customers’ strategic objectives and how levy-funded and custom solutions can align to form part of a wider talent solution • Building relationships with new clients and helping them to understand how their apprenticeship levy can be used to achieve their strategic goals • Working closely with the Account Management team to ensure that services are implemented in time and a positive, ongoing customer relationship is secured • Working collaboratively with your sales colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to a great working culture.
