The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to own and drive Corndel’s brand and communications strategy. As our Brand and Communications Manager, you will lead on brand positioning, content strategy, social media, PR, and website management. You will be the gatekeeper of our tone of voice and ensure every piece of content — whether created internally or with agencies — reflects and elevates our brand values. You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Design Manager to ensure visual and written brand are consistently aligned, while also enabling our content managers to deliver high‑quality work. This role is central to making Corndel’s brand powerful, distinctive and consistent across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Corndel’s brand voice, tone and messaging frameworks, ensuring alignment across all communications
- Lead content strategy, ensuring campaigns and content tell a consistent, compelling story
- Manage and optimise the company website, keeping content accurate, SEO‑friendly and brand‑aligned
- Own organic social media strategy and delivery, driving reach, engagement and personality across platforms
- Lead PR activity, working with internal stakeholders and external contributors to secure media coverage and thought‑leadership opportunities
- Govern and enable content production across the team: QA all outputs for brand/TOV alignment, provide guidance, and act as the final sign‑off point
- Manage and govern AI content tools and workflows, ensuring they produce outputs that meet Corndel’s content and brand standards
- Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager to ensure visual brand is aligned with messaging across all assets
- Produce and support corporate communications, awards submissions, executive messaging, and leadership content as needed
- Manage relationships, in collaboration with content and campaign managers, with creative agencies and freelancers (photographers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver high‑quality external content
About You
We’re looking for a creative and strategic communicator who can combine big‑picture messaging with hands‑on execution. You’ll be a brand guardian, content strategist, and comms all‑rounder who is excited by the challenge of elevating a brand.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in brand, communications, or content roles
- Proven expertise in messaging, brand management, and tone of voice ownership
- Strong organic social media experience — strategy, execution and measurement
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience across PR, media, and corporate comms
- Experience managing websites and SEO optimisation
- Ability to govern content created by others and elevate it to brand standards
- Comfortable collaborating with design leads, agencies and freelancers
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience managing AI‑based content tools and workflows
- Knowledge of B2B marketing in complex organisations
- Experience supporting executive comms or thought leadership campaigns
