The Role

Corndel is seeking an exceptional AI Prompt and Agent Design Specialist to help drive innovation through the creation of high-impact AI systems. This role focuses on designing and deploying solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio. It combines technical expertise with a consultative and training-led approach, gathering requirements and feedback from non-technical stakeholders to continuously improve AI-enhanced processes and deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will focus on driving internal efficiencies and developing prompt-led automation that enables colleagues to work smarter, not harder. They will contribute to a ground-up approach to AI adoption by working collaboratively with Corndel’s network of AI advocates. The role involves tailoring best-in-class AI tools to real organisational needs, ensuring responsible deployment and measurable impact. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 3 months.

You will:

• Design and deploy custom GPTs and Copilot Studio agents to solve real-world workflow challenges in learning and business environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn these into structured, prompt-driven AI solutions.
• Create and maintain prompt templates, documentation and design patterns that support repeatability and scale.
• Evaluate performance using both feedback and data, and make iterative improvements to optimise outcomes.
• Provide informal training and support to help others across the organisation adopt AI tools with confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues in digital and operational teams, as well as with Corndel's AI advocates, to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned, and grounded in real-world use.

Skills

Essential

• Proficient in designing and deploying Copilot Studio agents, with a clear focus on usability and measurable outcomes.
• Skilled in writing and refining prompts for generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot, using structured approaches to influence model responses.
• Able to manage several concurrent projects, applying discipline and flexibility as required to deliver quality solutions.
• Organised and methodical in documenting workflows, agent configurations and prompt libraries.

Desirable

• Comfortable collecting feedback and applying it to improve user experience and performance.
• Experienced in working consultatively and supporting others through explanation, guidance or demonstration.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset, balancing experimentation with a focus on tangible business benefits.

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including building and launching agents that are used in live or pilot environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, including prompt framing, constraint-setting and response optimisation.
• Demonstrates the ability to customise and apply best-in-class AI tools, rather than building from scratch, ensuring rapid, scalable deployment.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms such as Power Automate and how they can extend the capabilities of AI agents.
• Experience evaluating the outcomes of AI-enhanced solutions using qualitative and quantitative data.

Desirable

• Comfortable working with incomplete information and using dialogue to refine user needs into working solutions.
• Has experience supporting others in learning and applying AI tools, either through coaching, facilitation or informal peer guidance.
