Role Overview
The AI Coach will deliver coaching and training for the Business Impact with AI Level 4 programme (Business Analyst). This role involves mentoring learners, delivering tailored sessions, and supporting them to apply AI-enabled solutions and Business Analysis practices in real-world contexts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of learners and guide them through the Level 4 Business Analyst qualification.
- Deliver one-to-one teaching sessions and engaging workshops.
- Support learners in applying Business Analysis techniques: stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process modelling, benefits tracking, solution evaluation.
- Help learners understand AI-enabled change and its alignment with business strategy.
- Ensure timely completion of learner portfolios and compliance with qualification standards.
- Engage with line managers to review learner progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in Business Analysis, preferably in change or transformation projects.
- Proficiency in business process modelling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
- Ability to use AI tools for solution assessment and value realization (including LLMs and prompt engineering).
- Intermediate skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Experience delivering training in corporate or professional development settings.
- Strong communication and coaching skills; adaptable to different audiences.
- Awareness of AI ethics, bias, and data privacy.
