The Opportunity: Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Corndel are now hiring a dynamic Enterprise SDR to help drive new business and grow these accounts. The team is expanding and you'll work closely with senior leadership to shape outbound strategy, service inbound leads, drive new pipeline, and be a true voice of the brand to prospective clients. You will be responsible for selling to C-level and senior executives in enterprise level accounts, promoting strategic solutions and building a trusted presence within the Talent, Tech, AI & Data buyer communities. Your role will primarily involve prospecting, educating, and qualifying those accounts to create sales-ready opportunities.

Your day-to-day:

  • Partnering with Senior Client Managers to identify, research and map out high-priority target personas within named accounts.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using the Salesloft sales engagement platform.
  • Execute prospecting activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage multiple leads and book discovery meetings.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, 6Sense and SalesLoft to maximise productivity and efficient outreach and manage own pipeline.
  • Use social selling to build relationships and credibility with your target accounts.
  • Engage with and nurture marketing qualified leads to convert to sales pipeline.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a strategic sales development role
  • Prior experience selling to enterprise level C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic and research-based outreach
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Super organised and proactive - you’ll thrive with a lot of autonomy
  • Curious, coachable, and excited to grow with an industry-leading sales team and company on the rise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, 6Sense and Hubspot CRM or similar SDR toolstack.
