Here at Medical Engineering Technologies (MET Ltd), we’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Dover site, while working closely with quality leaders across the wider Cormica Group, including teams in Bradford, Gosport and our international locations in the USA and Germany. This is a highly visible role with genuine scope to shape systems, influence culture and drive continuous improvement both locally and across the wider organisation. The Role

  • Lead and oversee Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, expected familiarity with GMP and FDA 21 CFR 820, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve quality systems, policies and SOPs.
  • Manage audits, investigations, non‑conformances and supplier quality, driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Act as the Management Representative for regulatory matters and liaise with certification bodies.
  • Support health, safety and risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with UK and international sites to align quality standards and share best practice.
