We are seeking a dedicated and dependable cleaner to join our team in Bristol, Pembroke Rd, for the essential task of maintaining the cleanliness of our client's venue, which is a bar/restaurant. Your workday will commence at 06:00am and conclude around 07:30/08:00am, providing you with a convenient schedule. This is a key holder position.

You will receive ongoing support and guidance from your local manager, ensuring that you feel content and confident in your role.

This opportunity entails a 7‑day working week, 12 hours per week, although we are open to discussing a 6‑day schedule to accommodate your preferences. We look forward to connecting with potential candidates who are enthusiastic about this role.

We provide our Commercial Cleaners with:

You will be on an hourly wage of £12.80 per hour for the first three months of your probationary period and upon successful completion of this period we review your pay rate. We also pay holiday entitlement monthly.

We provide unwavering support to our entire team, offering comprehensive training, round‑the‑clock assistance, detailed task lists, and open two‑way communication during task completion. Additionally, we conduct regular site visits and stand ready to offer support whenever it is required.

Our main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Mopping and vacuuming
  • Cleaning glass on doors
  • Cleaning washrooms/toilets
  • Always maintaining the highest cleaning standards, while upholding strict health and safety measures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be reliable and responsible in your approach to work and customers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team while following a clear daily cleaning schedule.
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full site training will be provided.
