Corserv Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for the STEPs Reablement Service in Cornwall. This part-time role offers guaranteed weekly hours, paid travel time and mileage, and ongoing training. Base location is EAST Cornwall Team Office with travel to Saltash and Liskeard.

You will support service users to regain independence at home, carry out personal care, meals, medication support, and work with families and professionals. A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE is required.
