About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll support Senior Advisors with day‑to‑day admin and formal HR casework. A large part of the role involves capturing precise and comprehensive meeting notes —whether during disciplinary hearings, grievance meetings, or other formal processes— ensuring these records are clear, confidential, and compliant.
Beyond note‑taking, you’ll help keep our systems, case logs, and digital files organised and up to date, maintain resources like intranet content, templates, dashboards, and reports, and provide timely support on HR casework. You’ll also contribute to projects including restructures, TUPE, wellbeing initiatives, and job evaluations.
Your role will include
- Providing consistent HR advice and support across processes like attendance reviews and exit interviews.
- Coordinating case tracking, preparing documentation, and supporting tribunal responses.
- Ensuring accurate and timely minutes are taken and stored to support fair and transparent decision‑making.
- Supporting data management, reporting, and insights.
- Occasionally assisting across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and wellbeing initiatives.
What you bring
• A confident and meticulous note‑taker—you understand the importance of capturing every detail accurately.
• Super organised and detail‑focused.
• A clear communicator who enjoys helping others.
• Data‑savvy and comfortable managing systems and records.
• Confident providing low‑level HR advice, with the judgement to know when to elevate matters to Senior Advisors.
You’ll also have
- Previous experience in a HR/People function.
- A full UK Driving Licence (travel around Cornwall required).
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to produce professional notes and documentation.
- A passion for great service and continuous improvement.
