About the Role

What You’ll Do:
- Assess customer needs and recommend TEC solutions that promote independence.
- Install and maintain lifeline alarms and TEC equipment to national standards.
- Educate customers and their support networks on how to use TEC effectively.
- Collaborate with reablement teams and other professionals to deliver joined-up care.
- Manage referrals, coordinate installations, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, complete risk assessments, and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Support equipment servicing, stock management, and compliance with KPIs and data protection.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service (Level 3 or equivalent).
- A confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Technically capable—comfortable using basic tools and software.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledgeable about GDPR and data handling.
- A driver with the ability to work at moderate heights (e.g., step ladders).
- Full driving licence is required.
