We are currently seeking Civil Operatives 3 to support our surfacing and civils contracts. You will be undertaking specialist (manual) civil engineering tasks including concreting, drainage, skilled masonry, kerbing, patching or specialist machine paver operation working to specific levels.
You will be working for both public and private sector clients, CORMAC concentrates on developing an effective integrated multi-service delivery model offering start-to-end services. CORMAC is a collective of a diverse range of services including maintenance, construction, management, technical, supply and support services working across the environmental, infrastructure, highways, facilities management, consultancy and fleet sectors.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:
• Work as an efficient team
• Ensure all plant and equipment is checked, safe and maintained
• Ensure PPE is worn at all times and is kept clean
• Provide support and encouragement to less experienced operatives
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard of quality
The successful candidate will be working on civils and surfacing contracts across the South West.

About you
We are looking for:
• Positive, enthusiastic individuals who have a love for asphalt.
• Experienced civils operatives with some tarmac knowledge
• Previous surfacing experience
• CSCS card
• NPORS / CPCS cards desirable
• Driving Licence
