A well-established interior design company, specializing in luxury homes, is looking for talented designers to join its busy studios in Scotland. As an exclusive partner for several renowned international design firms, the company offers a dynamic and creative work environment.

To support growing demand, there are two exciting career opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a natural ability to connect with clients, ensuring an elevated experience and exceptional results.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creative and technical design of interiors, including bespoke kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living furniture.
  • Interior design, interior architecture, and spatial planning.
  • Engaging client presentations, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Managing multiple projects from concept to installation, including ordering, site meetings, and surveys.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and project teams, including architects, contractors, and tradespeople.
  • Delivering innovative design solutions that exceed client expectations while respecting budgets.
  • Continuously developing industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while also taking initiative.
  • Maintaining the studio space and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Experience and Skills
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry, project, and site experience.
  • Strong CAD skills, including proficiency in SketchUp.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering interiors with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, motivated approach to contributing to business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workloads under pressure.
  • Exceptional client service, active listening, and communication skills.

Additional Details
  • Full-time role: 9am - 5pm, five days a week (Monday - Saturday with a set day off).
  • Studio locations: Opportunities available in multiple locations, with flexibility to support workload needs.
  • A full, clean driving licence is required.
