About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and client focused Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team on a one year fixed term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. You will assist in driving client adoption, value realisation and retention for Corlytics globally, working with large global clients to identify their business challenges and opportunities and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilisation of Corlytics solutions. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and working with the whole team you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, be commercially minded, provide support, analysis and insight to these clients; work both autonomously and collaboratively, are articulate, professional, and can travel to clients as required. You will be responsible for developing senior client relationships that result in strong adoption, demonstrable value and successful renewal of the accounts within your portfolio.
As this is a fixed term maternity cover contract, you will need to build credibility with clients quickly, take ownership of an established portfolio from day one, and ensure a smooth handover at the end of the term. The role will require extensive cross-functional collaboration, strong influencing skills, and a strategic mindset. You will act as a voice of the customer internally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, with a strong background working with enterprise clients in financial services
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and deliver results
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, ideally gained within banking
- Strong ownership and curiosity mindset with the ability to navigate change and guide enterprise clients toward business goals
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies
