We're hiring a Senior eTrading / Trading Venue SME to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our new product offering, as next generation of NFRM. This is a senior, highly visible role reporting into the Chief Product Officer, combining deep client engagement, commercial strategy, delivery and new product incubation.

This is a senior, highly visible role reporting into the Chief Product Officer, combining deep client engagement, commercial strategy, delivery and new product incubation.
Requirements
- 15–20 years' experience in Financial Services in etrading and Trading Venue domains- ideally within GSIBs/in both 1LoD and 2LoD.
- Deep knowledge of electronic trading controls across at least two asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, or listed derivatives).
- Hands-on experience with trading technology stacks: OMS/EMS, DMA/SMA, algo execution, FIX protocol, and venue connectivity.
- Familiarity with how major trading venues operate: exchanges, MTFs, dark pools, ECNs, SEFs-order types, matching logic, market data, and participant rules.
- Prior involvement in controls, compliance, or risk programmes at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 bank (internal or as an external advisor/consultant).
- Strong client-facing skills: credible, structured, and effective with senior stakeholders in demanding institutional environments.
- Ability to translate deep domain knowledge into written product feedback, control frameworks, and delivery documentation.
- Confident operating autonomously in a growth-focused organisation, adaptable, able to drive workload by goal vs individual tasks, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
