The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
This is a part time post. Monday to Friday. Hours to be worked between 3pm and 6.15pm. Minimum 10 hours, maximum 15 hours per week.
Corley Academy is a secondary special school. Students that attend our school have social, communication and interaction difficulties; the majority of our students have a diagnosis of autism. We are seeking someone who will understand the importance, and take pride in ensuring the school is a clean, welcoming and hygienic setting for students, staff and visitors. Someone who will share in the achievements of our students and celebrate their success.
Experience of working in a school setting is not essential, but an understanding of how to clean non-domestic buildings, the equipment used, and the pace required is essential, together with experience of, or the ability to demonstrate an understanding of, the need for flexibility and ability to adapt to change. An introduction to Autism and our students will be provided, together with Safeguarding and General Data Protection Regulations training.
