Overview
As an Implementation Consultant I at Cority, you will help clients connect and use the EHSQ suites to achieve better risk prevention and compliance. You’ll work in or with cross-functional teams to configure the application, train users, and support testing within a defined implementation method. Your role focuses on client confidence, timely project delivery, and clear communication. This is a remote-friendly role with opportunities to grow in a values-driven, performance-oriented culture. You’ll contribute to successful implementations that span multiple Cority modules and client teams.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a target chargeable utilization of 70% on average annually
- Serve as the liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives
- Lead and support implementations by configuring the application, training clients, testing, and documenting notes
- Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive team
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product) as needed
- Develop a project implementation plan with client and Cority PM to address delayed milestones
- Work predominantly remotely with some travel
- Update timesheets and project bookings daily; submit weekly timesheets
- Participate in the Cority PS Peer Training program
Key requirements
- University program graduate in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or related field with equivalent experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in the subject area; professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) or having held Associate Consultant at Cority with Essentials CIM/Agile CIM implementations
- Bilingualism is an asset
