As part of Corinthian’s growth strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with your New Business Manager to expand our business and tap into untouched client potential. Swiftly and effectively follow up on sales inquiries, qualifying client requests, and providing relevant product information. Work in tandem with your New Business Manager to deliver solutions to clients, utilising Corinthian’s extensive range of event experiences and services to enhance client value.
Your role will involve establishing client needs, qualifying specific details, and selling products based on a deep understanding of client requirements. Monitor deposit payments and proactively manage client payments as needed.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to:
- Develop strong internal and external professional relationships
- Demonstrate an organised and structured approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Possess a passion for learning the intricacies of sales cycles
- Have basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exhibit the ability to think on your feet, navigate unpredictable situations and adapt to changes
- A proven track record in a B2B sales environment (1 year) or a relevant graduate background
- Understanding of the hospitality industry (an advantage, but not essential)
- An interest in sports and knowledge of the UK sporting calendar
- Familiarity with Salesforce or experience with a similar CRM software
