Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Travel Manager to lead our travel services and elevate the journey for our clients.

The Role

As our Sales Travel Manager, you’ll shape the travel experience for our high‑end clientele. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you’ll identify, build, and manage a global network of travel and hospitality partners, develop standardised packages, and lead a small team of travel consultants to deliver seamless, memorable journeys to and from our events.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with hotels, transport, and hospitality providers in the UK and internationally.
  • Design scalable, standardised travel offerings to support all Corinthian events.
  • Lead and coach a small team of travel consultants, driving performance against key KPIs.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with suppliers to ensure top‑tier experiences.
  • Work with Finance to streamline invoicing and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Deliver monthly ROI reports and performance insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in travel management, ideally in events, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus or similar travel systems.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Xero, or equivalent CRM and accounting tools.
  • Passion for sports and an understanding of the UK sporting calendar is a plus.
