This role will support both Corinthian Sports and our sister company, Corinthian Concierge, helping to develop capability and consistency across both businesses. We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Training & Development Manager to enhance performance across our Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The role is London-based, with regular travel to our Glasgow and Manchester offices to deliver face-to-face training.
The Role
As Sales Training & Development Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes across the organisation, with a strong focus on sales excellence, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You will deliver engaging, high-impact training, coach teams on best practices, and ensure a consistent approach to learning and development across all departments. Reporting to the Director of People, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and department heads to support a high-performance culture. You will also operate in a train-the-trainer capacity, enabling managers to effectively develop and support their own teams.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding & Induction
- Deliver onboarding for new starters across all commercial teams
- Provide clear training on products, processes, and systems
- Keep induction content updated with department leads
- Train core skills: cold calling, consultative selling, objections, pitching, negotiation, pipeline
- Run refresher sessions and ongoing coaching
- Conduct call listening, floor-walking, and structured feedback
- Support rollout of scripts, pitches, and campaigns
- Train managers in coaching, communication, and leadership styles
- Equip leaders to run effective 1:1s and performance conversations
- Support emerging leaders in building core people skills
- Cross-Department Training
- Provide training for Operations and Marketing to boost collaboration and product knowledge
- Support Operations & Events with client experience and process training
- Produce presentations, guides, workbooks, and e-learning
- Keep materials clear, engaging, and consistent
- Maintain a centralised training library
- Quality Assurance & Insights
- Conduct observations and coaching assessments
- Identify skill gaps using data and feedback
- Report training impact and performance trends to leadership
What You’ll Bring
