Now, we're looking for a dynamic Travel Manager to lead our travel services and elevate the journey for our clients.
The Role
As our Sales Travel Manager, you'll shape the travel experience for our high-end clientele. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll identify, build, and manage a global network of travel and hospitality partners, develop standardised packages, and lead a small team of travel consultants to deliver seamless, memorable journeys to and from our events.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage partnerships with hotels, transport, and hospitality providers in the UK and internationally.
- Design scalable, standardised travel offerings to support all Corinthian events.
- Lead and coach a small team of travel consultants, driving performance against key KPIs.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with suppliers to ensure top-tier experiences.
- Work with Finance to streamline invoicing and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Deliver monthly ROI reports and performance insights.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in travel management, ideally in events, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Amadeus or similar travel systems.
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Xero, or equivalent CRM and accounting tools.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the UK sporting calendar is a plus.
