This role will support both Corinthian Sports and our sister company, Corinthian Concierge, helping to develop capability and consistency across both businesses.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Training & Development Manager to enhance performance across our Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The role is London-based, with regular travel to our Glasgow and Manchester offices to deliver face-to-face training.

As Sales Training & Development Manager, you will:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes across the organisation, with a strong focus on sales excellence, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact training, coach teams on best practices, and ensure a consistent approach to learning and development across all departments.
  • Report to the Director of People and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and department heads to support a high-performance culture.
  • Operate in a train-the-trainer capacity, enabling managers to effectively develop and support their own teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering onboarding for new starters across all commercial teams.
  • Providing clear training on products, processes, and systems.
  • Keeping induction content updated with department leads.
  • Running refresher sessions and ongoing coaching.
  • Supporting rollout of scripts, pitches, and campaigns.
  • Training managers in coaching, communication, and leadership styles.
  • Equipping leaders to run effective 1:1s and performance conversations.
  • Supporting emerging leaders in building core people skills.
  • Providing training for Operations and Marketing to boost collaboration and product knowledge.
  • Supporting Operations & Events with client experience and process training.
  • Conducting observations and coaching assessments.
  • Identifying skill gaps using data and feedback.
  • Reporting training impact and performance trends to leadership.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3 years of experience delivering training in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and telesales techniques.
  • Hands-on coaching experience (call listening, floor support, behaviour coaching).
  • Experience developing managers and supporting leadership capability.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging content.
  • Confident using CRM and digital tools (Salesforce).
