- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across events
- Oversee on-site event delivery, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experience
- Analyse post-event feedback and reporting, driving continuous improvement
- Support business growth initiatives and new event opportunities
A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travel between multiple sites, some of which are not accessible by public transport.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in premium hospitality, sports events, or luxury event management
- Minimum 3+ years in a managerial role, leading teams and delivering complex events
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills, particularly French and Italian, are desirable.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

- Flexibility to travel frequently (UK & international) and work on-site at events
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
