The Spa Wellness Concierge plays an integral role in creating and delivering refined and personalised experiences, offering expert guidance on spa services, wellness practices and retail brands.   • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, reservations, or a customer service environment.
  • Takes pride in personal grooming and presentation.
