ABOUT THE ROLE The Spa Sales & Reservationist is responsible for greeting all clients at ESPA Life at Corinthia, ensuring that service standards are met and exceeded. Our team delivers a seamless, personal arrival and departure experience, handling queries and maximizing revenue through cross-selling within the spa and hotel.
