About the Role The Senior Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section or station in the kitchen, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality food. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in the kitchen’s daily operations. Your responsibilities include station management, team leadership, food preparation and cooking, quality control, stock management, and health & safety compliance. About You Luxury hospitality experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills A desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality Good written and spoken English Flexibility to work varied hours Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Pride and attention to detail in your work Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-profile guests Focus on quality, consistency, and presentation Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, and health & safety regulations Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment Contribute to menu planning and recipe development Effective time management skills, especially during busy periods Ability to multitask and work under pressure Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 3 years as a Chef de Partie Food Safety Level 2 certification Recognition through cooking competitions or awards About Corinthia Corinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
