ABOUT THE ROLE

The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Director and management team on projects, training and some administration duties, as well as leading the team on the floor during service times.

You will assist in achieving the goals and targets set in budgets by maximising revenue, maintaining as well as building upon the reputation of the restaurant and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.

You will oversee and direct the restaurant operation, supervising the team and ensuring that guest needs are met to the highest standard and that expectations are exceeded, with a strong emphasis on team development and guest satisfaction.
