ABOUT THE ROLE
The Residential Concierge at Corinthia London plays a key role in providing exceptional and personalized service to the residents of the hotel’s luxury residences. The role involves assisting residents with various requests and ensuring they are as comfortable as possible. The Residential Concierge is expected to deliver bespoke services, handle special requests, and maintain high levels of professionalism, ensuring that all resident needs are met promptly and efficiently. The Concierge also collaborates closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a concierge role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end residential setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local events, restaurants, attractions, and services, with an ability to offer personalised recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex or sensitive requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of residents and act proactively to enhance their experience.
- High level of organisation with the ability to handle multiple requests and priorities effectively.
- A good level of written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- No formal qualifications are required, but a background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
