Responsible for day to day supervision, preparation and service of Pastry in your section, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to the standards required by the hotel. To ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under his supervision.

About You

  • Desirable to have some working knowledge of a hotel pastry kitchen but not essential
  • Basic pastry knowledge and skills are an asset but not essential
  • Must work well with the team
  • Some formal training is desired but not essential
  • Food Hygiene Certificate, Food Safety Level 2
  • Competition certificate or awards for cooking
  • Good grasp of the English language
