About The Role
The Senior Night Waiter plays a key role in providing excellent dining experiences for hotel guests during the evening and night hours.
You will be responsible for processing orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the room, and ensuring guest satisfaction with prompt and courteous service. This position also involves overseeing other room service staff during the night shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the service during late hours.
About You
- Luxury hospitality experience
- Experience working in In Room Dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Empathy and care for your guests and colleagues
- Flexibility to work varied hours (night shifts)
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Professional and engaging personality
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
- Food & Beverage experience required.
- Basic knowledge of computers would be beneficial.
- Readiness in action which proceeds from experience, practice and precision
- Quickness and skill in managing or conducting a scheme of operations.
- Skill and ease in carrying out manual tasks
