ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for the supervision, preparation and service of all bakery and pastry items within Corinthia London, to include breads, plated desserts, cakes, and afternoon tea items. The Pastry Chef needs to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times in keeping with a luxury hotel whilst ensuring the brigade maximises their resources.
