ABOUT THE ROLE

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the prompt coordination, administration, communication of training. Reporting into the Director of Learning and Development and supporting the HR and Talent team, the Learning and Development Coordinator will provide daily support, handle daily enquiries, and assist in key projects and other ad hoc activities to ensure an exceptional service delivery to our colleagues and clients.

You will manage training schedules, look after our e-learning system, and ensure a smooth experience for both trainers and employees. You will also be partly responsible for delivering our company orientation and support with preparing monthly reports. Working closely with the wider Human Resources team, you’ll play a key role in helping employees grow their skills and reach their potential.
