About The Role
The Lounge Supervisor is a genuine host, providing a warm welcome and offering a wide range of food and drink service to our guests. Beneath the chandelier in our stunning Crystal Moon Lounge, you will be responsible for creating memorable afternoon tea / dining experiences to all. Overseen by our own Cigar Sommelier, the Garden Lounge incorporates a cigar terrace and humidor, as well as having its own bar serving an array of fine cognacs, armagnacs and whiskies. You will maintain all standards, policies & procedures relating to food and beverage service in the Lounges, with a strong emphasis on staff training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
About You
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel serving Afternoon Tea
- Demonstrable ability to motivate others by leading by example
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Flexibility to work varied hours
