ABOUT THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Head Concierge, the Head Doorperson is responsible for the professional and efficient arrival and departure experience of Corinthia’s Guests and Patrons whilst using processes and systems endorsed by the brand/property, ensuring that both Forbes and LQA standards are consistently adhered to and maintained by all colleagues within the concierge department from a supervisory position. The Head Doorperson will hold daily team briefings ensuring that a supportive, caring and genuine approach is effectively maintained, with a positive communicative approach that focuses on guest recognition enhancing their journey and ultimately utilizes a creative and connected approach to ensuring our service delivery is engaging, relevant and in tune with Corinthia’s uplifting lives standards.
