ABOUT THE ROLE

The Northall Head Host is responsible for overseeing the guest experience from the moment they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless entry for all guests. This role is vital in ensuring that the front-of-house operations run smoothly, managing the host team, and delivering an exceptional level of service in line with our luxury hospitality standards. Head Host will embody our core values of heart, head, and hands while providing excellent guest service.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a luxury hospitality or restaurant environment, ideally with front-of-house responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards and hospitality operations, particularly in guest reception and seating.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly during busy periods.
• Experience in managing reservations and guest feedback, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Takes pride in own professional grooming
• Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Pride and attention to detail in your work
