ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head Butler manages, leads, and elevates the Butler service to ensure an exceptional and highly personalised guest experience for guests staying in suites and penthouses.
The role oversees, coordinates, and develops the Butler team while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
The Head Butler handles VIP guest interactions, anticipates guest needs, and ensures seamless service delivery across all aspects of the guest journey.
Working closely with the Rooms Division leadership team, the Head Butler plays a key role in strengthening guest loyalty, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the highest standards of five-star service.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Butler service within a five-star luxury hotel, private residence, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience managing a Butler team.
- Experience working with VIP guests, or diplomatic clientele.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Takes pride in own professional grooming
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
