ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is to support with our rooms project. The Rooms Project Painter is responsible for overseeing all painting activities within the assigned parts of the hotel. This includes the maintenance and enhancement of the assigned parts of the hotel’s interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are painted to the highest standards. The Rooms Project Painter ensures the proper preparation of surfaces, ability to choose adequate application of finishes, and ensures the aesthetic quality of the assigned part of the hotel’s facilities is maintained. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Practical skills such as grouting and silicone application would be considered an advantage. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to demonstrate consistency and drive in ensuring the timely completion of scheduled PPM programs.
