About The Role

The Floor Manager executes daily inspections of all assigned areas overseeing the daily and evening operations of housekeeping ensuring cleanliness, managing housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of guest room presentation. These include guest service, maintenance of rooms and corridors as well as pantries in accordance with hotel standards. The Floor Manager undertakes basic office duties when needed.

About You

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within housekeeping
  • Luxury hospitality experience
  • Familiarity with the high expectations of cleanliness and organization required in a luxury setting
  • Proven ability to handle guest complaints or special requests effectively and professionally
  • A background in leading and managing a team, whether as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Senior Housekeeper, or similar position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Takes pride in own professional grooming
  • Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
  • A background in hospitality management or a related field
  • Certifications related to housekeeping or hospitality
